How is warranty repair carried out?
- If a product is found to be defective, the buyer must contact us during the warranty period.
- To qualify for warranty repairs, the product must be shipped by our customer at their expense.
- After repairs are completed, we will cover the cost of shipping the goods back to the customer.
- If a defect is found that is not covered by the warranty, shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
The time frame for repairs in some cases can range from 14 to 30 days.
